Originally, the old mansion in which the hotel is located, belonged to Marquis de Sers; then Thibault Vadalenc, the owner of the building, decided to carry out a full renovation of the façade. Now Hôtel de Sers is a huge portrait gallery, a modern restaurant occupying the inner courtyard and a monumental curved staircase leading to an impressive wood-paneled salon and bar on the ground floor.
